FUSION
An upbeat class combining Pilates, barre and yoga. Short bursts of cardio moves with toning exercises to give you a full body workout. Recommended props are lights weights (optional) and a chair or counter for barre movements. .
DEEP GENTLE YOGA
A grounding practice suitable for all levels to help manage stress and reset your mind and body. Blankets and pillows would make a nice addition but not mandatory. Occasionally we will use the wall for supportive poses.
